Teen Programs

CURB offers numerous opportunities for teens to become involved in our research and education initiatives. 

Our summer Pre-College Hudson River Ecology Course is a 1-week intensive collegiate-level ecology class for rising high school juniors & seniors, as well as recent HS graduates. This course can be taken for 1 transferable college credit.

Our multi-tiered TIDES programs provide paid after-school and summer research internships to teens- this opportunity is for Yonkers Public School high schoolers only.

Other HS students interested in volunteering for community service hours, completing an unpaid internship or internship for class credit, or collaborating on a research project for a school project can find more information on our volunteer page.
